   Minutes: Lew Doctor, CORC Chairman, summarized the CORC's decision on the items that are being presented today.
   
   Mrs. Burdick questioned if the CP1 design is the most up-to-date and Mr. Sanches responded that it was.

4. CP1-Amend the CM Agmnt for Palm Beach Lakes HS Auditorium
   Minutes: Dr. Robinson questioned the recreational facilties that will be available at the school after the modernization is completed and Mr. Sanches reviewed the curent plan.
   
   Mr. Graham questioned the traffic flow in that area and inquired on the pedestrian crosswalks that will be available.

   I recommend the School Board approve an Amendment to the CM at Risk Agreement to establish the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), for construction in the amount of $9,971,564 to The Weitz Company for Construction Management at Risk Services for Palm Beach Lakes High School Auditorium, Project No. 1851-8272 and authorize the Superintendent and Board Chairman to sign all required documents.	-	PASS
